Terms & Conditions
The terms on which SABI sells through this website.
1. Who you are buying from
This website is operated by SABI.
These terms apply to every order placed through https://sabipouch.com. Please read them before you buy. Placing an order means you accept them.
2. Age and eligibility
The products sold here contain nicotine. Nicotine is addictive. They are intended for adult nicotine consumers aged 18 or over, and we do not sell to anyone under 18.
When you order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the details you have entered are accurate and your own. Confirming your age on the website is a declaration by you; it is not by itself proof of age, and we may carry out lawful age-verification checks, including at the point of delivery, and may decline or cancel an order where we are not satisfied.
Do not buy these products for anyone under 18.
3. The products
SABI sells tobacco-leaf-free oral nicotine pouches. The current range is GREEN GRAPE 8 mg, MANGO 12 mg, CHERRY 16 mg. Each flavour is sold at one fixed nicotine strength, shown on the can and on its product page.
Product pages state the flavour, the nicotine strength, the price and the other characteristics we have verified. Where a specification has not yet been confirmed with the manufacturer, we leave it out rather than estimate it.
Product images show the label artwork. Screens differ, so colours may vary slightly from the physical can.
We make no medical, therapeutic, smoking-cessation, harm-reduction or safety claim about these products, and nothing on this website should be read as one.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Israeli shekels and include VAT where it applies. The price that governs your order is the one displayed in the order summary immediately before you confirm payment.
Every price is calculated on our servers, in a fixed order: the regular price of each can, then any automatic quantity special, then any promo code, then delivery. Your browser does not decide what you pay.
The complete breakdown that applied to your order — every discount, the delivery charge and the total — is stored with the order and repeated in your confirmation.
We may change prices, but a change never applies to an order that has already been confirmed.
5. Quantity specials
We may run automatic quantity specials — a lower price per can once an order reaches a given number of cans. When a special is running, its terms are displayed on the website and applied automatically; you do not need a code.
Where a special is described as mix-and-match, cans of different flavours count together towards the quantity. When an order qualifies for a tier, that price applies to every eligible can in the order.
Specials may have start and end dates, and whether a special can be combined with a promo code depends on the rules shown with that promotion.
Ending or changing a special does not change an order that has already been placed. The rules that priced your order are recorded with it.
6. Promo codes
A promo code may carry conditions: an expiry date, a minimum purchase, a limit on how many times it may be used, a restriction to particular products, or a rule about combining it with a running special.
A code is checked when you enter it, and the discount it gives is shown in the order summary before you pay. If a code cannot be applied, the reason is displayed.
We may withdraw a code for future orders. Withdrawing it does not affect an order already confirmed with it.
7. Placing an order
Before you confirm payment the website shows you what you are buying, the quantities and strengths, every discount applied, the delivery charge, the total, and the delivery details you have entered. Please check them.
An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding on us when we confirm it and payment is approved. We may decline an order — for example where stock has run out, where a price was displayed in error, or where we are not satisfied about age or delivery details — and if we do we will not charge you, or will refund you.
Stock is held for you for a short period while you complete payment. If payment is not completed, the reservation is released and the cans return to general stock.
8. Payment
Card payments are processed by our payment service provider, our payment provider, on their secure hosted page. Your card details are entered there and are handled by the provider under their own systems and terms.
SABI does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
An order is treated as paid only once the provider confirms the payment to our servers. Reaching a success page in your browser does not by itself mean a payment has been taken.
If the amount confirmed by the provider does not match the order, we hold the order for review rather than completing or failing it, and we will contact you.
9. Accounts
An account is optional. You can buy as a guest. An account exists to save your name, email, phone and delivery address so that a later checkout is faster; it does nothing else.
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting it clears your saved details; the record of orders you have already placed remains, because we are required to keep our sales records.
10. Delivery
We deliver within Israel. Delivery costs ₪25, and orders at or above ₪150 are delivered free. The charge that applies to your order is the one shown in the order summary before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates given in good faith. Please make sure the address, building and apartment number and telephone number you give us are correct — a delivery that fails because the details were wrong may have to be paid for again.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will tell you about them and help where we can.
The full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
11. Cancelling an order
Purchases made on this website are distance-selling transactions, and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law gives you a right to cancel. How to do it, the period you have, any statutory cancellation fee, and what happens where a product is faulty or is not what was ordered, are all set out on our Cancellation & Returns page.
That page also carries the cancellation form, and lists every channel through which we accept a cancellation notice.
12. Using this website
Please use this website for buying from us and finding out about the products. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain access to parts of it that are not yours, or extract data from it by automated means.
The SABI name, the packaging artwork and the contents of this website belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.
13. Our responsibility
We take responsibility for supplying what you ordered, in the condition described. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Israeli consumer law, and nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nicotine is addictive. If you have any health concern about using a nicotine product, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. We cannot give you medical advice.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs it, and we record that version number with your order. Changing the terms later does not change the terms of a purchase already made.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you have a complaint, please write to info@sabipouch.com first. We would much rather resolve it directly.
