Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within Israel. If we cannot deliver to your address we will tell you and refund you in full.

2. What delivery costs

The free-delivery threshold is measured against your order after any discounts have been applied. The charge shown in your order summary before payment is the charge that applies.

3. How long it takes

Orders are picked and handed to the courier on business days. Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and public holidays and courier delays can affect them.

If your order is taking longer than it should, write to sabipouch@gmail.com and we will find out what has happened.

4. Your address

Please check the address, building and apartment number and telephone number before you pay. A delivery that fails because the details were wrong may need to be paid for again.

Deliveries are to adults aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for proof of age, and may decline to hand the parcel over without it.
