How to cancel an order, and what happens if something is wrong with it.

1. How to cancel

2. Your right to cancel
Buying on this website is a distance-selling transaction under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, which gives you a right to cancel a purchase within the period the law provides, running from the day the order is made or the day you receive the goods or the written disclosure document, whichever the law applies.
Where you cancel because you changed your mind, the law allows us to charge a cancellation fee up to the statutory maximum, and you return the goods. We will tell you the exact amount when you cancel, before anything is deducted.
The law sets out certain categories of product for which the right to cancel is limited or does not apply. Where a limitation applies to something you have bought, we will tell you which one and why, at the time. We do not apply a blanket rule of our own.
3. If the product is faulty, wrong, or never arrived
This is not the same as changing your mind, and it is not treated the same way.
If what arrived is defective, is not the flavour or strength you ordered, differs materially from how it was described, or does not arrive at all, tell us at info@sabipouch.com. We will put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer and the circumstances allow.
In those circumstances we do not charge a cancellation fee, and you do not bear the cost of returning the goods.
4. Returning the goods
Where a return is required, tell us first at info@sabipouch.com and we will tell you where to send the cans, so we can match the return to your order. Please return them in the condition you received them.
5. Refunds
A refund is made to the means of payment used for the order, through our payment provider, within the period the law requires. Any lawful cancellation fee is deducted and shown to you.
How long the money takes to appear afterwards depends on your card issuer, which is outside our control.
6. Cancelling before it ships
If your order has not left us yet, tell us quickly and we will usually be able to stop it, which saves everyone the return.
